Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Financial Center in Lone Tree, CO. You will patrol and monitor a financial institution location, deter security incidents, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining access control.

This full-time unarmed role requires 18+ years old, with background checks and drug screening as applicable. Pay is $22.15 per hour, with a daytime/night shift schedule. Allied Universal offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of lobby, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials per site procedures.
• Complete patrol, incident, and shift reports with clear communication to leadership.

As a Security Officer Financial Centerin LONE TREE, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, lobby areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate patrol, incident, and shift reports while maintaining professional communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid knowledge is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
