Qualifications

• Active Maryland Guard Card required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid MD Guard Card.
• Candidates without a current guard card will NOT be considered.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems.
• Control access points and verify credentials as required.
