• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor credentials, and log entries/deliveries.
• Report unusual conditions and policy violations to site leadership per procedures.

As a Security Officer Full Time Perimeter Patrol Driver in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site operations. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, office spaces, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, check visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate logs of entries, deliveries, and security-related incidents.
• Report unusual conditions, damaged property, and policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal management in accordance with established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
