As a Lobby Concierge, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. The Lobby Concierge will greet employees, visitors, vendors, and represent the company brand. The successful candidate must possess a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves supporting quick and effective responses to employee, security, and facilities needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to the campus.
• Utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) for smooth check-ins.
• Engage professionally with each individual.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Pass a background check and a drug screening as per legal requirements.
• Possess or be able to obtain a state-required security license (“Guard Card”).
• Minimum of one year of experience in a corporate office setting.
• Demonstrate ability to interact cordially, work under stress, pay attention to detail, and multitask.
