Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, managing visitor access, and providing directions or general assistance as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and assigned front desk systems, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and other required records while protecting confidential information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
