As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to requests from tenants and visitors with professional customer service. You will complete detailed reports using a computer or tablet and communicate clearly with your team. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, vendors, and visitors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking lots, loading areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, escalating concerns to site management and/or responding resources in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance and documentation as required by site procedures.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicating pertinent information to supervisors, property management, and/or emergency services as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
