We are currently in the process of expanding our operations in Caseyville with a $181 million dollar investment to add 7 new state of the art production lines to our current 4 production lines. With automated warehousing and robotics at the heart of this expansion, the facility will be a Flagship of the Prepared Foods division. The facility currently produces Jimmy Dean and Hillshire branded retail products, and the expansion will further develop our capabilities.
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing/supervising less than eight (8) full-time or security officers for a 24/7 security operation. This person would work under the direction of a Security Chief and/or Plant Safety Manager. This person will coordinate and implement company security policies and procedures and oversee the day-to-day operations of the security program.
