• Monitor access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the property.
• Conduct regular foot patrols and report safety hazards or suspicious activity.
• Engage courteously with residents, shoppers, and congregation members, offering assistance as needed.
• Respond calmly to incidents, complete detailed Daily Activity Reports (DARs), and escalate to law enforcement when necessary.
• Use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe, orderly environment.
