Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff per site procedures and access-control policies.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to offices.
• Monitor access points and security systems from the front desk; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and incident records.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Information Desk in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will be a welcoming, professional presence for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will manage access, monitor lobby activity and security-related systems, respond to inquiries, and communicate concerns promptly. • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor building access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency communication procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and incident records while supporting a welcoming and professional lobby environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
