Services Provided

We offer consultation regarding the application of MIT Policies and Procedures, review new policies and procedures, develop or refine HR programs, systems, and procedures, and gather, research, analyze, and prepare data for reports, charts, and statistics.

Employee Relations

We provide consultation, guidance, and advice to all levels of management and employees regarding employment relationships, including employment practices/laws, disciplinary procedures, performance management, legal requirements, conduct, and conflict resolution within Tribal Administration.

Selection & Staffing

Our team performs recruiting, screening, testing, and selection to fill vacancies, ensures completion of documentation and background checks, writes advertisements and recruitment materials, and collaborates on staffing strategies, work planning, and resource allocation.

Organizational Development

We monitor workplace changes involving systems and processes, develop and implement employee evaluation systems, assist in resolving performance issues, provide counseling, and help departments develop organizational structures and staffing plans, maintaining current organization charts and staffing spreadsheets.

Training & Development

We manage all aspects of training and development programs, including needs assessment, program creation and delivery, team facilitation, contracting outside providers, and creating training materials within budget and deadlines.

Human Resources Information Systems

We record and maintain employee data, manage databases and spreadsheets, and resolve issues related to HR data and systems.

Compensation Design

Our team conducts classification audits, drafts specifications and job descriptions, and maintains equitable classification and compensation programs by supervising specifications, obtaining external salary data, and ensuring plan integrity.

Benefits Administration

We handle all aspects of benefits administration, including 401(k), pension, Section 125, COBRA, open enrollment, benefit plan design, disability benefits, customer service, and participation tracking.
