St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking a vigilant Security Officer (Level II Flex) to safeguard premises, personnel, and assets.

The role involves patrolling, monitoring CCTV, and enforcing security protocols with a focus on safety and excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have prior security or military experience, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current or prior military experience, or college education in the security field desirable.
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level work experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state in which the employee is employed.
• Some clients require additional background screening, testing, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established procedures.
• Write detailed incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Operate CCTV and alarm systems for continuous monitoring.
• Manage access control by verifying identities and issuing passes.
• Perform background checks on visitors or contractors as required.
• Provide first aid and CPR, using AED when needed.
• De-escalate conflicts and maintain professional demeanor.
• Patrol assigned areas and ensure compliance with security protocols.
