Job summary

Chickasaw Nation in Kingston, OK, is seeking a Part Time 38 Maintenance Technician to join our team at Texoma Casino. The role focuses on maintaining building systems, HVAC, and grounds, ensuring a safe, clean environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain building systems including fire alarm protection and electrical safety checks.
  • Perform HVAC/ventilation maintenance and general repairs as needed.
  • Keep interiors and exteriors clean, safe and well-maintained.
  • Respond to inquiries and coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with setup for meetings and events and handle routine wiring and lighting tasks.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required training.

Description

We are currently looking for aPart Time 38 Maintenance Technician Ito join our team located at Texoma Casino.

Summary: Maintains building environment and grounds by maintaining building, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment as well as grounds keeping and repair services.

Responsibilities:

  • Secures building and occupants by maintenance of fire alarm protection
  • Maintains accurate and timely processing of all electrical safety checks, preventive and corrective work orders, contracts and other applicable documentation
  • Paints interior and exterior walls, trim, doors, fixtures and signs as needed
  • Maintains building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
  • Maintains building accessibility by removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lot
  • Mows the lawn and cleans surrounding landscapes
  • Maintains facilities plumbing including fixtures and sprinklers
  • Hauls file and boxes, moves furniture, sets up furnishings, prepare rooms for meetings, assemble public announcement and audio-visual equipment following manufacturer’s operating and care guidelines, and repairs and installs replacement parts to assure equipment is in working order when needed
  • Identifies and corrects hazardous working conditions
  • Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
  • Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
  • Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
  • Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
  • Maintains and promotes professionalism
  • Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
  • Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
