Position Summary

We seek a Security Officer to ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, visitors, and property. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and responding to security threats
• Investigating incidents and hazards
• Following emergency policies and procedures
• Conducting safety/security rounds
• Assisting staff and visitors with safety concerns

Minimum Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills

Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work independently, flexibility in scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Certifications

Healthcare Provider (BLS) from AHA within 60 days, Handle with Care training within 30 days, handcuff training within 60 days.

Licenses

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
