Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following site procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, personal property, packages, and deliveries per site requirements and access-control procedures.
• Verify identification, credentials, and visitor authorization before entry to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, screening areas, and surrounding perimeter to identify and report unusual activity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, personal property, packages, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements and established access‑control procedures.
• Verify identification, credentials, and visitor authorization before allowing entry to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry points, screening areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
