Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel in Snoqualmie, WA is seeking a Security Officer to protect assets and ensure guest and Team Member safety. The role requires day shifts, weekends, and a minimum HS diploma with at least one year in a high-volume customer service environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be actively enrolled in a program to obtain a High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• One (1) year experience within a high-volume customer service position with exceptional service skills.
• Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide Security for organizational assets in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and correct unsafe or unsecured situations.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service skills and cooperate with Team Members in providing guest information and service.
• Provide medical aid assistance and detect and correct safety and/or security problems.
