Responsibilities

Under the supervision of Security Supervisors and Managers, the incumbent provides security coverage for the outside perimeter, safeguarding patrons, team members, and assets. Promotes a friendly, guest-oriented demeanor at all times.

Essential Job Functions

1. Observe and obey all traffic regulations on the property.
2. Drive company bicycles on designated routes.
3. Direct vehicular traffic in parking areas and throughout the property.
4. Report suspicious behavior to Security Supervisors.
5. Ensure safety of vehicles in lots and garages.
6. Handle transfers of monies securely.
7. Respond to incidents and accidents, providing emergency medical care as certified.
8. Follow all Gaming Commission regulations and company policies.
9. Control traffic flow when necessary.
10. Provide directions and information to guests.
11. Document medical calls and inspections thoroughly.
12. Maintain and replenish supplies and equipment.
13. Disinfect and maintain EMS equipment and treatment rooms.
14. Assist in emergency coordination.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned.
16. This position requires the ability to operate a bicycle for a full 8-hour shift.
17. This role may also include indoor security duties at the same pay rate.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of guest service experience or comparable education and experience.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and ride a bicycle for long periods, climb stairs, respond to emergencies, and handle basic duties.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

• Effective communication in English is required.
• Frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, and hearing; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• The environment may be noisy, crowded, and smoky, with exposure to casino-related factors.

The Tribal Council prioritizes employment for Native Americans, with first preference to Seminole Tribe members, then to other federally recognized tribes.
