Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Response in Grove City, PA. You will monitor and patrol hospital facilities, provide excellent patient and visitor service, and respond to incidents with calm professionalism.

The schedule includes a full-time shift with a 07:00–03:00 window across Mon–Sun, and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork pervades the role.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Response in Grove City, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to evolving needs with professionalism. What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
