Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Hospital Morgue Driver in Columbia, TN. The role offers reliable fixed shifts and opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

You will provide security and customer service within a healthcare setting, with duties including access control, patrols, and incident reporting. Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license, at least one year of security experience, and compliance with hospital vaccination

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be willing to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, while monitoring for unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and direction-giving to support an orderly healthcare environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Hospital Morgue Driver in Columbia, TN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
