GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

Are you ready to serve as a Security Guard in a concierge role?

As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, across all shifts.

What’s in it for you:

• Set schedule with available shifts:
  • Part-time, Thursday and Friday, 2nd shift 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Part-time, weekdays and weekends, 1st and 3rd shifts - must have open availability to cover call-offs.
  • Part-time, weekdays and weekends, 2nd and 3rd shifts - must have open availability to cover call-offs.
• Competitive hourly wage of $21/hour (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting and reporting on security equipment
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and liaising with emergency services
• Answering questions in person or via phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Military or Law Enforcement experience (a plus)
• Security experience
• TWIC certification or willingness to obtain
• State license if required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
