Job summary

GardaWorld is hiring for a security position in Plano, TX. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while patrolling the facility perimeter and responding rapidly to incidents and emergencies.

The candidate will observe and report on activity, enforce procedures, and maintain detailed incident reports. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a willingness to undergo screening and hold a valid driver’s license; security or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 21 years of age or older; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roving patrols of the facility perimeter to detect unauthorized entry or other suspicious activity.
• Act as point of contact for incidents and emergencies.
• Monitor property for rule infractions.
• Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports; enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Compensation & Shift

Compensation: $17.05

Shift: Tuesday - Wednesday: 630 am - 2:30pm and Saturday - Sunday 6:00pm-6:00am.

• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Your Background

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required.
• You are 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• You have high customer service skills
• MUST HAVE A DRIVER LICENSE!!
