Job summary

Royal Beach Club Paradise Island is seeking a Security Guard to ensure the safety of guests, team members, and property at the destination. The role focuses on proactive security, monitoring CCTV and alarms, and responding to emergencies while upholding brand standards.

The Security Guard will interact with guests and staff, follow security protocols, and assist in investigations while maintaining a high level of integrity and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Establishes the visibility of Security through patrolling indoor and outdoor areas.
• Monitors surveillance cameras and alarm systems, detects and/or prevents suspicious activity.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure their security and compliance with company standards of conduct.
• Responds promptly to calls for assistance, taking action to mitigate risk and seeking assistance as needed.
• Follows ISPS regulations and local port regulations.

Responsibilities

• Reports and responds to any suspicious activity around the Destination.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure their security and compliance with company standards of conduct.
• Assists with Guests/Team Member incidents and/or investigations.
• Coordinates access control for Team Members and Visitors.
