Allied Universal in Chester, PA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Office Patrol to safeguard tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering courteous service and maintaining a visible security presence.

Minimum requirements include at least one year of security experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and comfort using a computer or tablet. A state or local security license is preferred.

• Background check and drug screening as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and guests while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and document observations.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of common areas, parking facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports and shift handoffs.
