Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor/driver authorization, and control entry/exit per site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records and report concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and alarms using established protocols in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
