Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Cypress, TX location. You will manage entry/exit points, verify credentials, and provide frontline service at a logistics and distribution site.

This full-time role requires 2+ years of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Expect shift-based work with a strong emphasis on safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, drivers, and vendors following site access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify identification, maintain records, and control access to restricted areas.
• Respond calmly to alarms or incidents and relay observations to site leadership or responders.
• Conduct regular/roaming patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Document incidents and policy violations through reports and shift logs.
