Qualifications

• Provide customer service while following site-specific policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a chemical and petrochemical environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of facility buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, maintain visitor/contractor records, report unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents and shift activities accurately and communicate to leadership.
