Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer at Alvin, TX (TWIC site). The role offers full-time work with a focus on flexible shifts and site experience across industries.

You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining professional interaction with clients and staff. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license if driving, and a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Active TWIC card is required where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen per policy.
• Be 21+ years old and able to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders
