Description:

Join Heritage Companies, which celebrates New Mexico's culture and provides a supportive work environment. This full-time hourly position pays $17.00-$21.00 DOE plus benefits, based in Santa Fe, NM, at Inn and Spa Loretto.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of the Regional Director of Security.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
• Communicate regularly with leadership regarding security assignments and workflows.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Conduct preventive patrols and maintain high visibility to reduce crime opportunities.
• Monitor for unusual or dangerous activities on the premises.
• Resolve issues resourcefully and handle problematic situations.
• Address guest complaints and debrief with team members.
• Promote a peaceful, non-threatening environment.
• Assist individuals in danger or in need of medical attention.
• Respond to emergencies per procedures.
• Patrol all areas, assist guests with services as needed.
• Complete incident reports confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws.
• Assist in developing security programs.
• Be willing to cross-train at sister properties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of security software and MS Office preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30+ pounds.
