Job summary

Allied Universal in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Security Officer Government Building Access Control to protect and serve clients across multiple industries. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor and deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing and driver’s license requirements may apply depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems quickly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the client site.
