Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Authorization in Honolulu, HI. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor access at a transportation facility, delivering customer service to travelers and staff.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor entry points and verify credentials, identification, visitor authorization, and/or access permissions in accordance with transportation facility requirements.
• Control access to restricted areas, issue and collect visitor credentials as assigned, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, terminal areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.
