As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Site Patrol Driver in Daly City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support residents, visitors, and property staff with exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to residential property incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records while communicating relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
