Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Reporting in Seattle, WA to safeguard patients, visitors and staff at a healthcare location. As an unarmed patrol officer you will monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This full-time role offers a daytime schedule Monday through Friday with pay at $23.00 per hour, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k), holiday pay and vacation after one year.

Formación

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per law; drug screen may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and support facility access procedures in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
