Allied Universal in Orlando, FL is seeking a Full Time Unarmed Security Officer to protect client sites, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers. You will patrol facilities, monitor access points, and report security observations to site leadership.

Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent, 18+ (21+ for armed), background check, drug screen, and valid driver’s license if driving positions apply.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Security Awareness in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will interact professionally with employees, visitors, and drivers while delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $15.70 / Hour

• Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thu 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, vehicle-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
