Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and stakeholders while following site procedures and emergency plans.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, public spaces, access points, and parking facilities; report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas; verify credentials; report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and medical or critical events following post orders and notification procedures.
• Prepare clear reports and logs; communicate observations to leadership and site representatives.

As a Security Officer Patrol in ORLANDO, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government aviation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to visitors, employees, and stakeholders. Pay Rate: $18.47 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and other stakeholders while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aviation-related government location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, public spaces, access points, parking facilities, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as assigned, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and notification procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports, maintain required activity logs, and communicate observations and incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
