As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Inspections in Hampton, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people‑first culture with teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
