Job summary

Allied Universal, Camden, AR, is seeking a Security Officer Armed Driver Patrol Alarm Investigation. This full-time role pays $20.36 per hour and includes weekly pay. The position requires an armed guard card/license, a valid driver’s license, and being 21+.

You will provide security, patrol, monitor access, and respond to alarms at an aerospace/defense site. Responsibilities include patrolling, credential checks, reporting, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Maintain required armed-post equipment and documentation, complete accurate activity reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
