• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate information to leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology data center location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, access points, parking areas, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
