Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location, following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, loading locations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor and report security-related conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations; complete activity and incident reports.
• Support access control by verifying authorization for visitors, contractors, and deliveries per site requirements.

Pay Rate: $16.89 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, loading locations, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor and report security-related conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations; complete accurate activity, incident, and shift reports.
• Support access control procedures by verifying authorization for visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
