Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be performed as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access control, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, production spaces, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs/reports.
• Support a professional work environment by clear communication with site personnel and adherence to Allied Universal and site policies.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, production spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Support a professional work environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
