Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare facility by performing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and other critical situations calmly and notify site contacts or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate observations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to leadership and site personnel.

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare-related facility by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
