Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol at an Amazon Warehouse in Pineville, NC. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering professional customer service.

This role offers day shifts, a pay rate of $18.36 per hour, training, and benefits. You will work with a team to deter incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees

Qualificações

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, background investigations will be conducted.
• A drug screen may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related conditions.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and restricted areas in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials and direct visitors as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident documentation, and shift communications while supporting emergency response activities as directed.

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
