Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Verification) in Las Vegas, NV. You will patrol healthcare sites, verify visitor access, and deliver customer service while upholding the company’s values of integrity and teamwork.

This role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and certifications such as CPR/First Aid. A background check and drug screen may be required where allowed by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff; follow site security procedures and emergency response.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies; document and report observations per site procedures.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of healthcare areas, entrances, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points; verify visitor authorization and assist with directing visitors while maintaining privacy requirements.
• Maintain a professional presence to support a respectful environment for staff and patients.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Verification in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document and promptly report observations and incidents according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization, and assist with directing visitors in accordance with site access-control and privacy requirements.
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting a respectful environment for healthcare personnel and individuals receiving services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.li>
