As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Badges in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members while responding to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $26.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.li>
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
