You will perform routine patrols, monitor entry points, respond to incidents, and document activities to support a safe and welcoming environment. The position is full-time with a daytime-Schedule in a busy urban setting.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screening per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and contractor activity, providing directions as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; notify relevant personnel and document activities.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and events.

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Alarm Panel Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing directions and assistance as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, maintenance observations, and other security-related events.

Minimum Requirements

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
