Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Kenosha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems as needed, communicate professionally, and help create a welcoming environment while working with an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a logistics and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
