• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of chemical and petrochemical facility buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and unusual conditions, and promptly report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in West Hazleton, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)

• Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with access control systems and badge management. This includes understanding how to use identification badges for secure entry into company premises.

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)

• Candidates should possess basic computer skills and be comfortable using tablets or similar devices. Proficiency in navigating software applications relevant to their job role is essential.

CPR Certification (B205)

• All candidates must hold a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization. Proof of certification must be submitted prior to the start date.

Loss Prevention (B210)

• Candidates should have a basic understanding of loss prevention strategies and practices. This includes knowledge of theft prevention, inventory management, and safety protocols to minimize loss within the organization.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
