Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Customer Experience Patrol) in Westlake, TX. You’ll monitor and safeguard clients, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment.

In this role you will patrol interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, verify access, respond to incidents, and prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the property and verify visitor/contractor authorization as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and follow site protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and shift documentation of observations and incidents.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Experience Patrol in Westlake, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and maintain professional interactions with occupants and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and shift documentation for observations, incidents, patrol activities, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
