Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

• Wed 09:30 AM - 05:00 PM
• Thur 09:30 AM - 05:00 PM
• Fri 09:30 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sat 09:30 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sun 09:30 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, students, faculty, staff, and guests while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of galleries, classrooms, public areas, staff spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and support established entry and exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
