Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Operations Driver in Seattle, WA. You will serve clients across Retail/Malls, monitor areas, conduct patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide courteous customer service. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $23.72 per hour.

Qualified candidates possess a TSA-issued TWIC and a valid driver’s license. You must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), have a high school diploma,

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support a welcoming environment.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and delivery activity, and assist with directing individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $23.72 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 05:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Thur: 05:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Fri: 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Sat: 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
