• Monitor access points and observe activity to identify suspicious or hazardous conditions.
• Document incidents and daily activities per site reporting procedures.

As a Security Officer TWIC Driver Compliance in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving Security Officer supporting a dynamic retail and mall location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Bring integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach as you work collaboratively to support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff.

Pay Rate: $23.72 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help identify and report suspicious, unauthorized, or hazardous conditions.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
