All Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Site Watch) in Louisville, KY. You will patrol, deter security incidents, and provide excellent customer service at a manufacturing and industrial site.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed shift reports. Minimums: 18+ for unarmed roles, HS diploma, background check, and drug screening. Salary is $17.63 per hour with day schedules included.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required by law to the extent permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas including exterior, perimeter, parking, loading docks, and access points.
• Monitor location access by observing visitors, contractors, deliveries, and personnel; report unusual activity to site contacts.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications.

As a Security Officer Full Time Site Watch in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to site needs, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, including the building exterior, perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, and access points, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing visitors, contractors, deliveries, and personnel, and report unusual activity or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
